The training you provided for our project managers and supervisors far exceeded our expectations! As a result of your time with us, we have seen an improvement in the customer service we provide, and a marked difference in employee morale. Selecting personnel based on character has also enabled us to hire a more productive work force, which translated into greater profits. Several staff have shared how it has also influenced their family life for the better. I personnally gained a very practical understanding of the different areas of character of how to encourage it in my employees. I really appreciated the posters and literature that you left with us.
