| CITY OF CORTEZ I would like to thank you for the training program that you presented for the City of Cortez. The City of Cortez has decided to join the Character Program, and your training helped make that decision. It is one of the few times that all of the employees that attended the two training sessions were unanimous in their agreement, that it was worthwhile training... ...I would highly recommend you and your program to anyone who is interested in having their city become a City of Character and providing their employees with the training necesary for that to occur.
